Registration opens on September 30th, 2024, and closes on June 30th, 2025.
*Early bird price is valid for teams that register by December 31st, 2024. Invoice is due on March 30th, 2025.
Normal price applies to teams registering after Decemver 31st, 2024.
Registrations can be cancelled free of charge until June 30th, 2025, after which 50% of the tournament fee will be refunded.
Cancellations made after July 28th, 2025 will be charged 100% of the entry fee
